Question about the magic your way package

this is my first trip ever..... i made all of the arrangements and paid for them and i just got my luggage tags in the mail today.... my question is ..... do we ( my hubby and daughters and i ) only get to bring one piece of luggage?? can i request more tags??? i thought we all got to bring 2 pieces each and one take on plane luggage thank you vicki

If you don't have enought yellow luggage tags by the day you go on vacation you can show the baggage claim checks at the Magical Express welcoming area and they will also go get the baggage that did not have luggage tags.

If you wish to you can leave the yellow tags off of the luggage you will need right away, and you can get those items from the carousel yourself and bring them to the ME welcoming area. Please don't show the claim checks of the items you got yourself if there are additional items without yellow tags.

(For those eavesdropping, guests with room only reservations can use ME also.)

I have a feeling the OP is not talking about Disney's Magical Express (DME) luggage tags, which are sticky yellow paper, are pre-printed with your name and other stuff, and are inside the DME booklet. With DME, you can take as many bags as you have checked with your airline. If you need more DME tags than you were sent, then SeashoreCM has the right idea to request more. The DME booklet (which contains the sticky paper DME tags) arrives ABOUT 3 weeks prior to your departure.

I have a feeling a OP is talking about the luggage tags sent from Walt Disney Travel Company, the hard-plastic kind that have a removable card on which you can write your identification info. Everyone gets these whether they're registererd for DME or not. They're just a nifty little souvenir.

oh i see now..... yes i did recieve the hard tags that have a place to put my name on them and they have a nice pic of the castle on them thank you for clearing that up for me ... i thought those were my ME tags..... vicki
