Question about the little pictures at the end of my stories?

Who do I speak to for permission to have a picture at the end of my stories. How much do they cost and can I pay by American Express ? What kind of picture could I have and where do I locate it? Would someone be so kind as to find me one. Of course I would be very grateful?
