question about the included parking and MM with aaa discount tickets

When you purchase DLR/DCA tickets from aaa, the package includes parking each day and MM and I have a couple of questions.

First question regarding the parking. Are we allowed to use it at any DLR/DCA parking lot or is there a specific one we have to use? We typically park at the, I believe it's called, Mickey and Friends parking structure.

Then as far as MM or whatever it's called as I don't have the print out in front of me, everybody else has the SoCal passes but we purchased these 3 day tickets for one other person. Since it won't be any fun for this one person to go into the park early while everybody waits, is there a way for the rest of the group to also get in early with this one person? Can we buy a one day MM pass or something like that?

You can park at any of the theme park lots...which includes the Mickey and friends parking structure.

You cannot buy Magic Morning separately. The only way the guests with AP's can gain entrance is to stay onsite.
Honestly, MM at DL can be pretty crowded. I would take the opportunity to start at DCA without the hotel guests already in the park.
