Question about the Hatbox Ghost

I'm not sure if the hatbox ghost is working or not, it seems it is always appearing and disappearing, but I would like to know if the ghost is normally present during the halloween layout or is it removed?

Yep! If my memory serves, he was brought back for the overlay initially. I was BEYOND excited!

In 2019 it was part of the overlay.

Hatbox Ghost has remained a permanent fixture ever since he returned May 2015. This includes during the HMH overlay.

Yes Hatbox Ghost stays during the overlay. He did every year, and did last year too. They often add a bow or holly sprig on his top hat.
