Question about the Hard Rock Hotel

I have a tentative booking here, but I am going with someone who has sensory issues. Is it loud and boisterous at this hotel-specifically at the pool? I read that music is played at the pool, but is the crowd so it is not relaxing if someone is sensitive to that sort of thing?

I have to confirm my ressie by 4PM Wednesday....
