I have a question do I add how much i wish i could lose ? or how much i have lost ?

For the WISH banners in people's signatures, it's how much weight they have lost since taking the WISH challenge. Many people also have a "countdown" timer, showing how far they have to go to their next goal - but I don't know as much about those.

You can find all the banners in this thread, which is also stickied at the top of the board.
