I will be trying to get ressies for the CRT breakfast, my DD4 is so excited to see Cinderella. If I can't get them, we're not really interested in going for lunch/dinner - can we at least go inside & look around the lobby area (if there is one)? She is just dying to see "where she lives" and I'd like to at least let her look if we can't stay to eat. What is there to see inside, if we can go in to check it out? I want to prepare her 1) so she knows she won't see a real "house" 2) avoid a major meltdown! :)

Thanks!

You can always walk through it. It is a tunnel to the other side and there is a crystal giftshop but the actual resturant is upsatirs which you need to pass a podium and people to get too but the waiting room is a room that has really nothing. The resturant has tables and chairs and painted glass at the top that tells a story and thats pretty much it. It is pretty though.b

There is a lobby to Cinderella's Royal Table that if you ask at the podium, they may let you into. Cinderella's throne is in the lobby and sometimes Cinderella or the Fairy Godmother is in there as well. There are suits of armor and a spiral staircase that leads up to the restaurant as well and if you look in the raftors across from the throne, you can see Cinderella's little mice friends Jaq and Gus in the raftors. I'm not sure if they will always let you in to the lobby if you ask, but it never hurts just to ask.

If you can't get into the restaurant lobby, you might want to take a peak into the King's Gallery shop also in the castle. I haven't been there in years but I know the last time I went, they had Cinderella and Prince Charming's crowns on display.

You can definately go in the lobby of the restaurant (the first floor of the castle). Like the other posts said - there really is not thst much to see.

If your DD wants to dine with Cinderella - try getting a ps for the DINNER at 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian. Cinderella, Prince Charming, The Fairy Godmother and two mice Perla and Suzy are there for dinner. We did this in May and our DD 4 loved it - Cinderella is her favorite - mine too!!

Good Luck.

Lisa

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE 1900 Park Fare and your DD4 will too. That said, NOTHING is like getting to eat in Cinderella's Castle. Being a huge Cinderella fan it has always been my favorite stop at WDW. A 4 year old isn't going to care for the atmosphere though, but it is beautiful inside!. For goodness sakes, ITS CINDERELLA'S HOUSE!!!!! (sorry, I turn from a 40 year mother to a 4 year old little girl everytime I think about it!!)princess:
