Question about t-shirt disign

I found the shirt disign that I would like for our DRINKING AROUND THE WORLD shirt. I would like one disign on the fornt of the shirt and another disign on the back. There will be two back disigns since one is for the guys and one is for the girls . I would like the back disign to be customized a little with the wording (not the picture)
Here is my question: The disigner is no longer disigning. Can I still use their disign? Is there a way to get it customized?. Thank you in advance
