This year, my mom and I are going to be staying at 3 different hotels- 1 night at Saratoga (thx, Spirit), 7 nights at AK Lodge (Kidani Village), and 2 nights at Wilderness Lodge (Copper Creek). My question is after they pick up our bags and move them to the new hotel, do we go with our bags to the new room, or do we just carry on with the rest of our day? (Which wouldn’t be a big deal, since we’re meeting our cousins at AK Lodge anyways.)

We have done several split stays.
Call bell services to come get your bags, tell them you are moving resorts. They will give you a tag for the luggage.
Go, have fun for the day.
That night at the new resort, stop at bell services and ask them to bring your bags to your room.
They make it really easy. The only issue may be any food that needs refrigeration.

Have they changed their status on moving food items? I thought they said no food will be moved. Only luggage.

Our last trip, they were still moving food, just not anything that needed refrigeration. That may have changed again.

As PP mentioned, they move food - they just won't be responsible for anything needing refrigeration.
