Going to a neighborhood function tonight, and am thinking I want to bring a hot spinach artichoke dip with pita chips.

I've never made this before, but it doesn't seem hard.

I am, however, concerned about how to bring this - I can bring it hot, but if it cools off, can it just be warmed up in the microwave??? Thank you!

I bake it in a corningware dish so I always just pop it in the OVEN to warm it back up. Has no affect on taste/consistancy

I have no idea on the microwave...sorry!!

this ^...stay with the oven...and S/A dip os SOOOOOOOO good!

For our lunches at work, where we don't have an oven, I've baked the dip in a Pyrex dish at home in the morning and then transferred it to a small crock pot. So, when lunchtime rolls around, I can just plug it in and it's still great.
