Question about Sid Create a Toy

My DS is very interested in Sids Create a Toy at DQ. Can anyone tell me how this works. I know he can create a toy on the computer (?) at DQ and buy the pieces but has anyone ever done this? How do you save the information about your toy and where do you go to purchase the pieces? Any info would be great. Thanks

you can create as many toys as you want on the computer and if you want to buy one you go to a counter by the computers and they put all the pieces to your toy in a bag with a printout of what your toy looks like so you know how to put it together.
