Question about Shareholder´s ticket price discount

We promised to buy one day tickets for friends with the Shareholder discount but have now had to pull out of the trip - family emergency. Is there any way to still get tickets with discount - thought I´d come straight to the experts for advice.

I'm not sure you can get the discount on them in the Disney stores in the UK as I asked a couple of years back for a friend of mine.

Unfortunately for the OP this is correct. According to the official Shareholders Club site here, you can only get a discount on -

1 day/1 Park tickets & Hopper Tickets (1, 2, 3 days) at Parks’ entrance ticket windows only
