Question about saving Disign

I'm so sorry if this is a dumb question, or has been talked about. I searched the sticky's before posting and couldn't find an answer.

I just had some wonderful Disigns done that I'll be putting on t shirts for my family. I clicked 'Save as' and saved it to my computer. When I open it, its very small...is this normal?

I just want to make sure I save it the right way before it gets deleted or anything. Thanks for any help!

usually only thumbnails are posted to the forum. you need to download from Photobucket (I only know how this works) and I do mean download. right clicking on an image only gets you a smaller version of the image. downloading gets you full size and resolution...

and if you did SAVE AS of a thumbnail you got an even smaller version.

Thank you for answering! Its my first time ever requesting and you actually made my Disigns...I'll definitely be back for more!

Do I upload it to my photobucket account and then download it? I tried that and it was still small, but maybe it won't be when it prints?

I'm so sorry, I'm sure these steps are quite simple...after this first go around I'm sure I'll have it down. Thank you so much for helping me.

This is how I do it. You back to her photobucket page, click on the disign and it should open up larger in her album. Look over the top of the disign and click on the Options tab, the download option should then appear. Choose download and save to a file on your computer; then close when asked.

This should now be a full size image. Try opening it from your file to be sure. Good luck and have a great trip!

Got it! Thanks for all the help! I didn't realize I needed to open a new link for it to bring it up in photobucket!
