Question about Satu'li Canteen [and more generally about nutrition facts]

Out of curiosity, are the kid's bowls at Satu'li Canteen exactly the same as the adult ones, just smaller? I'm planning on getting bariatric surgery and I like the idea of a kids' size portion that is otherwise exactly the same as the adult one for my "celebrating reaching and maintaining target weight trip to Disney in a couple of years.

Edited to add: Also, is there any place to look up the nutritional information for the various foods at WDW?

I understand wanting the smaller bowl after surgery, but when we had the chicken bowl it was not very large. I'm not sure if it was luck of the draw or the norm, but I ordered it and the kids cheeseburger pods to split with my 3yo and we left hungry. My friend who came with us had the veggie bowl, and she finished hers. She is tiny and never finishes a meal, so it shocked us she could finish it. Mr DS is a good eater, but I have a small appetite especially in the heat. I would look at the 2 when you're there to see for sizing. I hope this helps.
