I was on trip advisor yesterday and one of the reviews stated that the coffee for the Keurig in the room is only complimentary the first day. I was there in May and it was complimentary the entire stay.

Is this accurate? TIA!!!!;)

You get 4 free pods every day. If you need more than that, you will be charged.

Piggybacking on this since I had a similar question I was planning to ask... Do you just get coffee pods now or do you still get a variety (coffee, tea, hot chocolate)?

We had 2 regular coffee one decaf and one tea.

However we asked for all regular coffee to be put in and that was fine.

Sorry a couple of quick questions ...

1. Is this only available at Royal Pacific, or does this also apply for the other Loews hotel's onsite (i.e. 4 free pods per day)?

2. Are the pods replaced daily by the cleaning staff (obviously as they're used)?

3. If you want only coffee pods for the 4 a day limit, do you just ask at the front desk? Apologies - schumigirl answered this partially, but wanted know where to go?

Thanks!

All 3 resorts have the Keurigs and the same policies.

I *think* you call Star Services to make that request. And yes, Housekeeping takes care of it.

call star service for anything you need. (pods, extra linens, pillows, toothbrush, etc.)
they will handle it.

on the phone in your hotel room, you will see the words, Star Service on the base phone.

one push on that button and you are directly connected.
