Question about Restaurant Akershus

Does anyone know the name of the crispy flatbread they have? It's so yummy; we want to try and find it.

Hi Bird-Mom! I don't know how it is spelled, but we call that crispy flat bread "Wassabrod" with the "w" being a "v" sound. Here in Minnesota you can find it on the same shelf as the Rye Krisp, but I don't know if that is the case elsewhere in the country(smile).

The crispy bread is called Kavli. It is form Norway.
I don't know if it's available in stores but maybe something on line.

kavli is correct, and we have it at our local publix...just look in the cracker section...smaller box.
