question about "reserve" on eBay

I have bid on 2 Jimmy Buffett tix. I am the only bidder and the auction ends in 13 hours. I have not met the reserve. If I am the only bidder and reserve has not been met, what happens when the auction ends? Does he relist or sell them to the highest bidder regardless of the reserve? Thanks!

If the reserve is not meet, he does not have to sell. More than likely he will relist.

The auction ends with no winner. The seller most likely will relist the tickets. Now, some sellers will reveal the reserve price if you ask them, some won't. Most bidding occurs in the last few minutes of an auction so you still may see some action on them.
