Question about reservations at POP

Hello!
We were scheduled to go to disney from Dec. 30th - Jan. 8th.
Here is where we are staying:

Dec. 30 - Jan. 1 at POP century
Jan 1 - Jan. 6 at OKW
Jan 6th - 8th at POR

After checking airfare, we realized it was cheaper to go on the 29th. However there are no rooms available at POP for that night. I will keep calling Disney to see if something comes open. We did book a room at POR for the 29th but I don't want to change resorts 4 times this trip. I did find a room at POP on Travelocity for the 29th. I have never used Travelocity and I am a bit nervous about it. Do you think I should take this room at POP or hold out to see if anything comes available through Disney reservations? May I ask why you are changing hotels so often on this trip?

Thank you for your advice! We don't want to stay at OKW on the weekend. It takes up too many points! We will have 7 people with us then, so we need a two bedroom. We figure we won't be in the room very often on New Years and there will only be two of us so we thought a value would be the best (and we like POP) and POR is my son's favourite! It's going to be a busy trip! With all of these ressies I am just a little nervous about having another with travelocity. Is there any way they can link it to my disney reservation at POP?
