Depends on what they let you have - have heard that Main Street might allow two baked goods and one beverage. OR one baked good, one fruit and one beverage.
Most people use SNACK credits to create their own breakfast at these two places. Main St does have breakfast sandwiches, so those would be on a QS credit choice. You could definitely get a sand and drink, but no guarantees they would give you anything else for that one credit. That would not be a very good value. I don't think Starring Rolls has anything other than cupcakes and standard breakfast pastries.
I'm not really looking for value, I have a spare quick service credit and thought it would work for breakfast since all my other meals are already covered. I'd just like an idea so I know what to expect and where would be a good place to use it. I also have no spare snack credits.
According to the allears menu for Main Street Bakery there is a "Quick Service Plan Breakfast Meal" consisting of a non alc beverage, one whole fruit and 1 pastry/bagel. Also "Continental and Hot Breakfast Selections. Here's the menu:
Starring Rolls has a variety of pastries, but I don't know what time they open. The allears menu is outdated and the wdwinfo menu doesn't have much detail.
