Question about prepackaged snacks

I normally travel with a lot of food for my kids because of a laundry list of food allergies. Next month I'm traveling with just my 9 year old which makes it a little less complicated, since he has less allergies than my twins, and I'm hoping to only bring or buy breakfast items for the hotel room and do all other meals and snacks in the parks.

Desserts/treats are still the tricky part with him, but I'm hoping if I can't find something safe at a QS/TS meal then perhaps I can at least go and buy a prepackaged treat for him, even if it's a candy bar. But outside of the resort gift shops are there places in the parks to find something like a Hershey bar or a pack of Oreos?

While I've been there many times this isn't something I've ever gone looking for so I'm not sure if they even have them in the parks.

Anyone know if/where I might be able to find them?

The Main St. Confectionery in the Magic Kingdom will have SOMETHING pre-packaged that your son can eat, I am sure they will!

Just about all the disney stores have a candy section. They won't have herseys but they do have just chocolate bars.

Not sure what the allergies are but Disney does great with allergies. Many of the restaurants and candy shops carry Enjoy Life cookies, snack bars, and chocolate bars.

Dole Whips are Top 8 free as long as you don't avoid coconut. Popcorn is GF/DF. The Main Street Ice Cream parlor carries Tofutti and Rice Dream, some TS will have one or both of these or So Delicious Coconut.

Oops, was about to say yes the gift shops have those but I don't know if the parks do!

Three of which are commonly found in bakeries so they pretty much always tell us no to all the baked goods. He can have ice cream, but that ends up being all he has every trip except for when I special order a cake. Enjoy life cookies and products typically have both rice and tapioca.

There was a Mickey shortbread cookie package we found a couple times. Just two little round shortbreads with Mickey's face on them. I know we got them in HS somewhere so maybe those are easily found. Would be safest if we went with a known safe brand which is why I mentioned something like Oreos.

I guess worst case I could grab something at the gift shop at our resort and take it with us as a back up.

I'm airborne ana to tapioca and have over 10 other allergies/intollerances so I understand it's a pain to get treats. I have seen Oreos at some of the gift shops. I know I've seen them because I moan about not being able to have them anymore due to wheat.

Erin McKeannas has their ingredients on their website and are willing to work with people who have uncommon allergies if you contact them in advance. They do most of the baking off site.

Since he can have ice cream, have you considered bringing some of your own toppings to let him make his own sundae? Bring a little tupperware container with some topping he can decorate with.

If you really want a good desert experience, go to Trails End for dinner on a weekday. If Chef TJ is there that night, he makes amazing deserts...if you still have room to eat them. Even with all my allergies, he always says it's not a problem. He's even made salad dressing for me, which actually means more to me then desert at this point in my life.

Two that immediately spring to mind are Sweet Spells/Villains in Vogue at DHS & the shop back in Frontierland (it's on one side or the other of the Country Bears.) They have display cases of bakery snacks but also a lot of prepackaged stuff.
