Question about Potter's castle?

OK so I've been to Universal probably hundreds of times and now they're making a land based on Harry Potter of which I know little to nothing on,I've tried to see a film here and there but just can't see the whole thing.I keep hearing on other sites that the big huge building is going to be a huge castle possibly becoming a landmark like Cinderella castle in MK.Last time I visited and from pictures it just looks like a huge building where I know the main HP ride is going.So my questions are, is this going to be the building that will eventually become a huge 19 story castle,or is the castle not yet built.Also is the castle in all the movies and what is it called.I'm going to try and rent all the movies so HP land makes sense to me when it opens.

The castle is actually a school called Hogwarts. As far as where its going, I don't know if it will be on top of the building, or if it will the building will be "inside" the castle.

I'm not sure but I'm thinking the building will eventually become the castle with the ride in it. I'm thinking a "roof" will be fabricated and added to the top of the building we see now. That's just a guess though.

What is currently being built is the mountain base. This will hold the ride. The castle will be built on top and may include a gift shop, photo opportunities, restaurant (the Great Hall would be awesome), etc.

If they are making like the pic then they have a long way to go but then agian they still have a year to do it

I'm thinking that everything is going to be fabricated off site and will need to be put together, unlike Expedition Everest where it was all built on site.

Lol, no, of course not. I'm just talking the outside of the building. Like they did with Hagrid's hut.

the 'real' bldg is so large/tall, im thinking they may be using the forced perspective type of construction as they do @ WDW
