Question about Poly reservation..can U help?

Hi,

Recently I booked a vacation for the summer of 06 at the Poly in the room category of "King Kamehameha Club". Yes, I understand this is concierge but it doesn't state if its lagoon or garden view? Do I have a choice or is it whatever they give me at the front desk? I have only used points in the past for the DVC resorts..this time we are trying something new. I'm very excited.

If you are paying cash I know there used to be a definate a price difference between garden view concierge & lagoon view concierge.

If lagoon view is important to you I would call to check to see that is what you have booked.

I'm sorry..I guess I didn't make that clear...we are DVC'ers and I used points....it only states "King Kamehameha Club" on our points list so I am just curious as to our view. Would they give a DVCer a lagoon view you suppose...? I certainly am hoping for one.

Considering the points per night I would hope it would be Lagoon but I guess the only way to know for sure is to call & check.

Hello!! I am delighted to tell you that the points used for Poly Concierge are lagoon view. We just booked it ourselves this week, asked two different MS CM's (DH and I both called...oops!) and when we checked our reservations on the website it specifically says "lagoon view".

The CM at MS told me that concierge service on points is always the best view...CR is Tower with MK view, GF is lagoon view, etc.

Yahhhhhoooooooooooooooooooo.......!!! I'm so excited. I've eaten at the Poly and visited many times but this is our first true stay. I will be very excite dto see where they place us. I did ask for a balcony and not a patio. I hope we get our wish. Thanks to all...
