Question about one of the entrees At Boatwrights Dining Hall

We were planning on going to Boatwrights at PO Riverside Resort. They have an item on their menu that I am very curious about trying. Has anyone had the "Jackson Square Etouffee"? If so, what did you thing about it? Also, what dessert would you recommend? Thanks!

It’s a very new menu, I haven’t seen any reviews yet of anyone trying the new menu. Sounds good though

Yes, it does sound good. I'm hoping someone on here has tried it. The Jackson Square Etouffee was on the old menu as well, so maybe I'll get a response or two. Thanks.

My husband has ordered the etouffee the last two years we’ve visited Boatwright’s. He loves it. We find it to be a pretty authentic version and is a very large portion.
