question about mugs at hotel?

i have never stayed onsite and will be at pc in oct, the mugs you can buy , are they just to be used there at the hotel only or is there anywhere else you can fill them? thanks heather

You can use them only at the resort you purchased them from. The Resort Logo will be on the Mug.

Depends on how long you are staying...and how far away your room is from the food court.

I don't drink much soda, but I do drink a lot of tea, so I have bought them once or twice in the past when I knew I'd be running to get a cup of tea three, four, even five times a day. At that point they pay for themselves very quickly.

They are fine if you view them as a souvenir purchase. But I can buy a LOT of soft drinks for the $50 that it would take to buy my family mugs. Plus your outta luck with the mugs if you prefer anything other than Coke products. We have a set of mugs from PO (the original one) and WL... but since then we swing into a Publix/Wal-mart on our way in and buy a couple of cases of the soft drinks we like for a small fraction of the price of mugs. Plus we don't have to walk down to the food court anymore!

DS will buy a mug--but it's one of the few times he can drink lots of soda, so he'll make back what we spend on the mug and then some! I'm a coffee snob, so I'll just bring my own mug and make my own coffee. It wouldn't be worth it for me to buy one for myself.

I love the mugs. I only wish they offered something other than soda for the kids. But, Dh and myself use it for coffee in the AM and kids get hot chocolate- then it comes in handy for evening decaf rolleyes: ) coffee and diet soda for the kiddies. I think it is a good buy if you think about your own situation- Are you going to a supermarket on your way to the hotel?? Do you have breakfast in the food court? How long is your stay? Do you atleast have one meal in the food court a day???
