Dear moderators is there anyway to put in the icon exactly where you have moved a thread too? Sometimes I see a topic I would like to find out about and it just says moved. Am I missing something.

Thanks,

I'm not a moderator but if you click on the moved thread it will take you to the thread. If you look near the top of the screen next to you login name you can see the new thread location. For example if you click on the thread Moved: Newbie here...Questions about trading timeshare weeks. It will take you to the current thread which was moved and you can see the current location is the DVC misc. group. Hope that help.

To answer the OP's question, no, there are not any icons that would show to where a thread was moved. There are currently 59 different discussion boards here on the DIS. If we had 59 different icons for moved posts, no one would recognize what the icons stood for anyway.

As mentioned, just click on the post and you'll be taken to the board where the post was moved.
