Question about MNSSHP

Okay,

We will be at WDW with hopper passes and also have MNSSHP tickets for OCT. 6. My SIL who lives in the area wants to come for MNSSHP only. One CM member told us she only needs aMNSSHP ticket another told us she needs both, a regular daily ticket and a MNSSHP ticket (which sounds absurd to me) Which is it? Also what time will she be able to get in if she just has the MNSSHP ticket, will she be able to meet us at our 540 dinner reseverations at CP? THanks!!

From what I understand they start letting party ticket holders in around 4pm. So if you wanted to go all day, she would need an admission ticket and a party ticket.

Unoffically, they start letting party goers in after 4:00p with just their party ticket so yes, she should be able to meet you for dinner.

Ok, but do get inb MNSSHP only you do not need both tickets, just MNSSHP ticket, correct? I hate to sound stupid, this cast member just really confused me!

Correct if she enters after 4pm she will not need a park ticket just her Party ticket. I know it's confusing I actually thought you needed both as well until someone else asked the same thing and I was given the correct info.
