Question about MK on Labor Day?

Our first day in the parks will be on Labor Day and I was just wondering if this is typically a super crowded day at the MK. Also, that is the only night while we are there that they are having the Princess and Pirate Party and I was considering getting tickets but was afraid that since it was on Labor Day that this event would be super crowded as opposed to other reviews on just normal days when they say the crowds aren't all that bad and you just walk onto rides. Any input would be GREAT!! Thanks!

Hi,

I can give you a generic answer:

Weekends are more crowded than weekdays.

Holiday weekends are more crowded trhan regular weekends.

BUT...it is a relatively slow time of year.

Well it's been 4 years, but we went the week right BEFORE Labor Day in '03. That week was so slow with NO crowds to speak of . . . . UNTIL the weekend! We went over to MK on Sat. of Labor Day weekend just for the night parade and we were completely astounded at how it went from so slow during the week to shoulder-to-shoulder people that day! It was awful! I'd avoid MK that weekend if at all possible! Not sure about princess/pirate party as they didn't have that then!
