question about military and seasonal passes

My uncle, who is a Disabled Vet will be traveling with us to WDW. He wants to gift my family of 5 with Florida seasonal passes. Would he be able to get the SoG Military rate for those tickets, or would he only be able to get his and my aunt's? Also, can he get the military discount on the seasonal passes anywhere other than SoG? Like (hopefully) the base here in town?

To get or use a "florida season pass" the ticket holder must be a resident. So, if your uncle is a florida resident, he may purchase a pass for himself, but not out-of-state residents. Each adult must present proof of residency. It appears you live in Florida, in that case, you are eligible, and anyone can "pay" for them. Tickets vouchers may be purchased at any base that has an Exchange which sells them. Vouchers are converted to tickets when each person presents themselves at a gate or Guest Relations office.

Assuming he get a special military discount, there should not be a problem redeeming the vouchers as long as your Uncle is with you.

We purchased our vouchers at a Military Exchange but were not asked for any proof of employment when we got our tickets. They did verify our residence for season passes.

Yes, we all live in Florida, I was just worried that all tickets bought through the military installations must belong to either the service member or their dependent. I'm glad to know this since it will save him over a hundred dollars!
