On the main courses in royal court restaurant on Fantasy and Lumieres restaurant on magic they got oven baked salmon royale and on lighter note offerings they got oven baked filet of salmon.

My question is I don't like horseradish crust breadcrumbs on the salmon I'm just thinking if I have the salmon option on lighter note section would that be the best one for to choose if I don't like horseradish crust breadcrumbs or would it be the same as the oven baked salmon royale listed on main course?

I think the salmon royale does have additional ingredients beyond the plain salmon. Your best option is to discuss your preferences with your server, who will be able to advise you about the differences.

Salmon Royale is my "go to" dish whenever in Royal/Lumiere/Triton. It depends on the port of departure, but have never felt that the taste of horseradish on this dish is overpowering... DCL caters to families so even the spiciest of dish will be blander than a comparable dish elsewhere.

To me though, the main difference is the smoked salmon which is also infused in the crust that gives it that nice smokier flavor... but then again, it depends on the ship and port of departure as there has been times where that extra flavor was lacking

The salmon on the lighter side has no crumbs it is just a plain piece of baked salmon. My husband had this a lot last trip a few weeks ago.
