Question about memory maker

We used memory maker on our trip last month. My daughter was the account holder, but when I went into My Disney Experience I could see some photos. We always used her band to scan but for whatever reason pictures showed for me. They are pictures that aren't on her account. About two weeks ago I had trouble logging in and called Disney. I had to reset my password and now those pictures are gone. Can I get them back somehow? We just downloaded her batch of pictures but mine are nowhere to be found. Any suggestions on what might have happened? Thanks!

There is a chance that when you reset your password your account caused a synchronization issue on the back end. This happened to us after a password change and they requested that we log in with the username instead of the email address (same password) and that the MDE platform had been having this issue for quite some time. If my memory serves me correct, I believe they said they had to merge the accounts...but regardless - after the accounts were merged all of our reservations made under that account were visible.

I would give Disney Web Tech support a call to have it sorted out.
