Question about Mara?

I was wondering what the hours would be for Mara in Animal Kingdom Lodge, particualary when it opens. My family and I likes to grab a quick breakfast early to get to the parks.

We're going in early August if that makes any difference.

According to wdwinfo.com the hours are 7am to 11:30pm.
