Question about maint. fees?

I should know this because I'm a pro at buying pts.

We just bought a 150 add on at VB.

We sold our 2003 pts back.

Will we have maint fees on those pts?

My experience is it is from the day you make the phone call to add the points on.

I made the phone call today. Now I am really confused.

Will I have 2003 dues?

I will assume you are an August UY (its easier for me). You will receive 2003 points and since we are in 2004 you will not pay 2003 dues (dues are pro-rated based on calendar month). You will still have until the end of January to bank 100% 2003 points. You will, of course have to pay 2004 dues now. If say you were a February UY then all would be the same except you would be limited in your ability to use the 2003 points. If you wait until February to add-on and you are a Feb UY, then you would not receive 2003 points and would pay 11/12 of the annual dues on the 2004 points. Can you tell I'm on a wait list?

If you called today, you will pay 2004 dues, prorated 1/12/04 to 12/31/04 (almost the whole year).

No you will not pay mtce. fees on those 03 pts

We kept our Dec03 pts and had to pay for one day of mtce. since we purchased on December 31
