Question about Magical Express

Does it matter which airline you fly, or can you use Magical Express as long as you're flying into MCO?

Anyone staying at a WDW resort can use Magical Express. The only difference with using an airline not a "preferred" airline affects your return trip to the airport. Only the "preferred" airlines will allow you to check your luggage at the resort; then you don't see it until you arrive at your home airport. Airlines that aren't "preferred," you still use Magical Express, you just have to get your luggage at the resort and check it yourself at the airport. Heckuva deal

That's what I thought too, except that when I went to the Disney site to add my flight, my return flight airline wasn't listed, so I couldn't do it.
