Question about linking tickets to MDE

I am looking to buy tickets for our 7 day trip in Sept 2017 to Disney World through ParkSavers.com to take advantage of their buy 4 get 3 free deal. When I receive then and link them to MDE are those tickets locked to that specific person. So for example if my husband couldn't go on the trip and my mom went instead, could the ticket be moved to my mom's account if they aren't used? Thanks!

Unused tickets can be reassigned.

They are assigned to that person, but that person can reassign them to someone else.
