Question about Length of Stay showing on reservation.

I'm a little confused about this and hope someone can help me out. I'm probably worrying about nothing! I rented points from a DVC member and she made my reservation back in July. I put the reservation number she gave me into my account on disneyworld.com and can see the dates, our names and everything. The dates are showing just what they should be, but the length of is not displayed correctly.

We have 4 nights at AKV Kidani - Standard View and then 2 nights with Savanna View. The 4 night portion has the dates correct, but the length of stay says 3 days 2 nights, just like the 2 night part does. It should show 5 days, 4 nights. Do you think I should contact the member and have her check into it or should I just not worry about it since the dates are correct? Thanks!

Here's what our reservation shows:

Check In: January 12, 2012
Check Out: January 14, 2012
Length of Stay: 3 days, 2 nights

Check In: January 8, 2012
Check Out: January 12, 2012
Length of Stay: 3 days, 2 nights
 
Somebody else posted a similar question a few days ago. Haven't found the thread again though. It may be that Disney IT isn't grabbing correct fields for display on reservations that have room changes.
 
I would recommend contacting the member to verify but since the dates are correct, I would not be that concerned about it just yet.
Even though it says 3 nights for the 2nd reservation, your check in/out dates indicate a 4 night stay.

It could once again be a glitch related to having a segmented trip under one reservation number.
 

I think the IT glitch scenario is very possible. I have a reservation at AKV for Dec 8 and also Dec 9. They have the same reservation number but were made when segmenting and adding the DDP to only one segment was possible. The first night shows all 5 people in the room. The second one shows 1 person. They both show DxDP when it should only be on the first one. Haven't decided if I should call about it or not. It is for a 2 BR LO so am not over the room limit.
The first reservation under details shows all the names the second none of them. Have to call to add ME so will double check the names then. Just seems very strange. I had much the same scenario as the OP with out Aug/Sept trip where it showed the number of nights incorrectly but the dates were right. It all worked out at check in. That was also a split stay between BLT and OKW.

Yep! My last two stays have been split reservations due to waitlists. Every one of them had this same problem when displayed on the member website. It appears that the software calculates the number of nights from one segment and then repeats that same information for every segment of the reservation rather than recalculating it based on each set of check-in and check-out dates.

Just as in the OP's case, my check-in and check-out dates were correct. It was just the number of nights that was invalid for all but one of the segments.
