First time that we are flying Southwest, and the flights I have booked for Christmas time are now lower than when I booked my flights. How do I go about getting a credit with Southwest? Do you have to call or can you do it online? Also I purchased EBCI, can I get a credit without losing the EBCI?

Go online and go under change flights. Pick the same flights again at the lower price and you will have a credit on file to use for up to a year from when you first booked the flight. Since your confirmation # will remain the same, you do not lose EBCI.
