Question About Hotel Royal Plaza

My DH and I stayed in a deluxe tower room at the HRP in October and thought the Royal bed was so comfortable that we would like to purchase one for our home. The problem is, when I call the hotel I just get the voicemail run-around. Does anyone know the name of the bed/mattress or even the brand?
