Question about HGVC - can you have 'goodies' waiting?

I know Disney can do special little treats and surprises for guests but I was wondering if Hilton Grand Vacation did anything similar? Parents are members and I'd love to try to arrange a little surprise for them but am having trouble seeing if it's even possible.
