Question about free DDP and booking through an agency

Can you get discounted packages through AAA or another agency and still get the free DDP?

my AAA agent told me you can only have one or the other...the free dining or the AAA room discount (said that's a Disney rule, only one discount per reservation, so they don't make deals with any outside agencies that would give anyone a double discount.) She said just figure out what you'd save each way, and do which ever is cheaper, the room discount or free dining. Worked out that value resort with free dining was a better deal for us.

That being said, there are people who post on these forums that they did get more than one discount applied, so who knows?

In order to qualify for free dining, you need to purchase a myw pkg with resort at regular price.no other discounts allowed.
