Question about financing through Disney and annual dues

We are currently saving for DVC and hope to purchase at the end of next year, but most likely early 2010. We are hoping to put down a big chunk..as much as 50% and will probably finance the rest with Disney. Do they finance your annual dues as well, or do you just pay those in a lump sum each year?

You get to choose whether you want to make monthly payments or pay them all at once. I think that they even let you switch from year to year on how you want to pay them but I'm not sure as we just pay them. We only have 260 points so it is just as easy to pay them off.

I have it set up to make automatic monthly withdrawals from my checking account but I can go on dvcmember.com an pay of the balance at any time.
