I can't find the thread where FD&D was first mentioned last week here. I had never heard of them before, but since I want to plan a WDW trip for next summer, I sent them an email with a list of questions and what I'd like to plan, and the fact that I'd love to use FD&D to help me accomplish those plans.
How good are they at getting back to you? It's been at least a week as of today that I emailed them, and I've yet to hear back at all. I've checked my junk/spam folders as well, nothing.

They are very quick at responding to all communication, so I'd say that your email is lost in cyberspace, unfortunately. I have never had to wait even one day for them to respond, (it's usually more like within the hour!). You should try resending the email using the links within their "contact" page, just to be sure the email address you're sending to is correct kwim?
