I know that I am able to arrange 3 Fastpasses per day, but can I split them .....or does the 3 Passes have to be used in the same park ? (ie: can i use 2 passes in one park and one in another on the same day)

must be in the same park, once you use/they expire you can get a 4th, 5th etc when you hop to another park

As of now you cannot split up FP+ between 2 parks. I would suggest doing RD at one park and doing the FP+ at the 2nd park.

You can book 1, 2, or 3 FPs.

If you book only 1 or 2, after you use FP#1, you can use the app to book FPs for Park #2.

Agreed.

And, the fine line of distinction still is that you cannot book FP+ for two parks in one day in advance.
You'd have to wait and book the FP+ in the second park on the day of use.
