For those who have seen Sea Breeze Point, where to you enter from? From the pictures I've seen there seems to be a side walkway and a front entrance. Just wondering which part becomes this isle, so to speak. Also, can you decorate it? Actually use an isle runner, flowers, etc? Thanks!

We walked down the side walkway and then in back of the chairs and up the "aisle". My dress got filthy on the bottom but luckily you couldn't notice it in any of the pictures. I have read that another bride walked up the front entrance but I can't remember who that was.

for my intimate wedding, the left side (looking at the gazebo from the boardwalk) entrance was used as the "aisle"...I can imagine if you want it decorated, that is possible, but if your guests are seated in the center part, no one will really see the decorations, you know?

I don't see why you couldn't enter from the front portion and have it serve as the "aisle", and I imagine that for larger wedding parties, that could be how it works. For my wedding, it was just DH and me...so it didn't really matter which direction I approached from.

If you used the center aisle, I would think you could have some sort of aisle runner or flower petals or something, but since the seats for guests are just plastic, I'm not sure you could really do much with decorations there...

I'm sure that other brides have done more than I did (basic, no frills, off-the-rack intimate) and I'm sure they will share what they did with you...

You can upgrade the chairs, can't you? Also, I just wanted to say I think having only you and your husband is very romantic! So many weddings seem focused on the show, the presents, the attention... But with just the two of you that moment is all yours.

You know, I never thought about upgrading the chairs...I don't see why you couldn't.

Having just me and DH was romantic and fun! We would have liked to have some family there, but it just didn't work out that way...didn't matter, we knew they were there "in spirit" and we were happy just the same! :sunny:
