question about emh

It is my first trip so sorry for all the posts but keep coming up with questions and you guys are so helpful and knowledgeable that I just ask away.
Okay so how long inadvance do you reccommend being at a park that has emh should you be there? What about normal hours in the morning? I am thinking of doing emh for 3 parks . Get there early do the stuff break in the afternoon for a pool dip and head back to another park or whatever.

For morning EMH 15 minutes early should be plenty. On a regular morning-- well we usually try to be there about 20 minutes early. We drive, even when we are onsite. So, we try to be at the parking lot of that days park 20 minutes before opening. This way we can usually be to the gates just before opening.

I heard various comments about the new MYW biometric passes causing longer lines at the parks; should this have any bearing on when to arrive before opening?
