Question about El Pirata

I hope someone can help me. I was woundering if Disney has changed the physical confindes of El Pirata. I mean I remember when they used to sell fast food tocas, the eatting area was all open. My question or wounderment is now that Disney wants to make this a sit down style is the eatting area still open and attached to Pecos Bills as it was in the pass.

I'm not sure what you mean by "sit down" but to my recollection its always been counter service with tables and chairs to sit at albiet I think they were all undercover or entirely open air. Honestly though I don't recall the last time I've been there when it was open, ( we go May,Oct & Dec).
