Question About DVC Rental/Name Change

We are renting a DVC studio at AKL in August. My husband's name is the lead name on the reservation but, due to work circumstances, he is now going to arrive a few days after my children and I. Can I still check in even though his name is the lead name? Or do I have to remove his name from the reservation completely? Am I even able to remove the name of the lead person on the reservation? A lot of questions I know. Hopefully I am posting this in the right spot. I am just looking to get some insight before I approach the DVC owner about the change. Thanks in advance!

You do not need to remove his name. As long as you are listed on the reservation, you can check in. It is not uncommon for guests to arrive at different times or different days. You can make a separate Magical express reservation for him, if you plan to use that. If you got the dining plan, you will still have to pay for it for the days he is not there.
