Question about DU and paying with Disney Rewards

I have a significant amount of Disney rewards that I want to use to make a payment on my cruise. I am booked through DU. Can I make a payment through DU using my rewards card? I tried to go on the website to see but I get an error message when I click on the link to make a payment. (I don't think it is the DU website but probably a problem with my computer as we have been having major problems accessing many sites.)

There should not be a problem using your Disney Reward card to make a payment on your cruise booked through Dreams Unlimited. DU does not charge your card directly, Disney Cruise Line does.

Feel free to call the office with your payment or use the online form (I just checked and it's working fine) to make your payment.

I made several payments at DU's website using my Disney Rewards card as a payment option. Two step process--transferred rewards points onto rewards card from the credit card company (I did this at First USA, but now Chase has the card), and then used the Rewards card at DU's site. Worked fine, used over a thousand rewards points, probably in half a dozen installments.

This is great to know. Thanks for the info! I knew it had to be my computer, I guess I will have to wait until Monday to do it. This is a big help since I know I can atleast order the new rewards card to get the process started. Thanks again!
