Does anyone know if guest services on the ship or at the port have access to blank rewards cards? The reason I am asking is I requested to have onse sent to me back on 8/10 - It has not come yet. We still have a few more days before we leave on 9/1. I called the credit card customer service and they said I could stop by the park and pick up a blank card and they could transfer the points that I requested back on the 10th to this new card (I guess that would void the other one??).
Does anyone know how this works?

Carolyn we ordered ours last May. I oredered it about a month before I needed in June for our WDW trip. I had to call to order mine, I could not order it on-line. The card came in the mail in a weeks time. I then we over and transferred my points to the card.

If you get a new card they can transfer the points and void the old card. When are you guys leaving? We leave next Wednesday. We are not doing a stop at the parks though, just the cruise.

Just checking again to see if anyone knows the answer to this.

I don't have an answer to your question...but I am curious where all can you use your Disney Visa Reward points on the ship...just at the gift shops?

As I understand it, you take the rewards card to guest services and apply it to your stateroom account. I could be wrong, I am a first-timer with DCL.

5 days!!!!

You are correct. You should go to guest services and place the amount of $$ you want from your card to the shipboard account - early in the week. Otherwise, periodically, they bill your credit card.

If this happens, they can unbill your cc and apply your points, but that takes a little bit longer. This happened to us on our first cruise, so on the 2nd cruise we went to Guest Services early on. Don't forget they charge the "tips" to your shipboard account.

And guest services is much less crowded early on. The last 2 days get crowded down there.

No. Unfortunately they haven't made arrangements to supply them at the port.DD is the only place to pick up the blank cards.

Also the best time to register the card is upon entering the ship. GC is usually not busy then.
