I wasn't sure where to post this so moderators can move it if need be. I just have a quick question has anybody gone to the movie theater at Disney Springs and how was your overall experience? I was thinking of seeibg the Avengers movie when I'm in town and just looking for some good feedback.

We've done both sides of the theater, the dine in side and the regular. Really it's just a regular theater like any other. It's an AMC and like all our AMC here in town. We used to have a dine in too which was the same also. They stopped with food at ours here. The food at Disney is ok. Like any chain food at Chili's or the like

It's a nice theater and I regard it as a little fancier than theaters around me because I don't have any theaters around with a dining side like they have

I like to say, "The food is not very good, but at least it costs too much." o_O

FYI: If you have Movie Pass they stopped it there.

They opened the Dolby atmos theater, that would be the movie to see in atmos, over 80 speakers, amazing!
We also enjoy the seating at the dine in but the food is only so-so anynore.

I did not like it. The server coming through during the movie was distracting and I thought the seats were uncomfortable. I prefer stadium seating with recliner type seats as I am short and find the regular seats hit wrong. If I do dine-in, I prefer the Cobb near my house where they bring everything before the movie starts. I have not tried the local AMC since they started some dine-in.

We just got snacks at the AMC at DS and the chocolate churros were amazing. I do want to see if I can just go buy these at the concession stand.
