Question about Disney Reward Visa card and the gift card promotion?

So I applied for the Disney Visa and was approved; however I did it online and did not see anywhere to enter the gift card pin number.

I found two different sites offering a $25 gift card and a $100 gift card for applying, but it seems the only way to get the gift card is to apply by phone? Since there was no where to put the code in when applying online?

Also, if this is true does this mean it is too late to sign up for recieving the gift card with the first purchase? Or does it come in the mail with the card? Sorry for all the questions I am so confused and extremely disappointed if I missed out on this opprotunity thanks!

Back in the fall I saw an advertisement for a $40 gift card. I applied online and thought I would get approved right away ( I have excellant credit) and it told me that they would let me know. I was planning to use it for the balance of my trip that was due really soon. A few weeks later I received the card and nothing about the $40. Since I paid for the trip another way I didn't really care about the credit card. A few weeks ago I received a $15 gift card (I think it was their current promotion). I should really call and ask about the $4O gift card. I know this doesn't help you, but I thought I'd share.
